I had a 13 CM SR5 it had that real dim amber courtesy light bottom of rear view mirror now I have a 14 CM SR5 no light this on higher trims?

Depends if your truck is pre-wired for it. I don't know if it is or not. If it is not , you will need to run wires and tap into your interior lights.
