    Hello Folks -

I have two 2004 Tundra SR5 4x4s. One has 150K the other 108K. Both have some valve rattle when starting in the cold. Is there any specific oil that will help eliminate this?

    Thanks!
    - Mike

Use what's factory recommended. I always use synthetic mobile 1 (same brand Toyota uses)

Thanks Sean! I've never tried it, but will now.

I had a 2001 Tundra with 110,000 miles on it. Used Mobile 1 "high mileage" at the factory viscosity and it helped calm the motor down. She was running great when I sold her.
