I noticed a weird rattle coming from the rear area (behind the cab). I have no idea what it is. My setup in the rear is Bilstein 5160’s with 1” shackles, that’s all.

I almost describe it like a ball of some sort bouncing. Definitely in the rear somewhere, tried to shake my truck with it turned off but I couldn’t replicate it. It tends to happen when I hit bumps or when I’m coming out of or into my driveway.

Have you inspected your spare lately?

I get that the sound is most likely coming from the outside, but are your seat belts slid into the holder beside the seat? My belts make a racket when they aren't in those.

UPDATE: I had to remove the original spare from underneath because I sold my old tires. No more weird bouncing/rattle noise.
