At this point @Toytec Lifts owning up to thier horrible customer service would be better than money to me. Arrogance.

Companies forget about customer service as soon as the check is deposited.

Like dealers that sell cars or any place else.

Customer service is a lost art

I too am still waiting to hear back for Toytec. I had the Eibach kit delivered 2 weeks ago and haven’t installed it yet. I do not want to install faulty parts on my truck and do not want pay for shipping and restocking fee if it was something I had nothing to do with.

Everyone that is effected by this needs to email me or pm me your order number and first/ last name that the order was placed under. I have a small log going now for when @Ryan at Eibach releases a new updated spring we can accommodate accordingly.

I understand the frustration and annoyance behind all of this from people effected and not effected at all by this, again I do apologize sincerely and we will do what we can to get everyone taken care of.

    Thank you,

    David

I’m starting to think I should look elsewhere. Customer service is a major factor in where I spend my money. Amazon gets a lot of it. Their CS is outstanding.

Thier return policy to me was "sorry, not our problem". Doesn't sound solid to me.

This is being to sound like briefing at work.... I'm out. Just gonna say this....

I have never had any issues with @Toytec Lifts and highly recommend them. I'm sure I annoyed the hell out of them with all my questions prior to making any purchases from them. Their return policy is not unlike any other retailer like them... David is obviously trying to fix this the best he can.

Maybe take a step back and take a deep breath....calm down a little...let David help and go from there. We all have to remember we aren't their only customer and they work through emails/calls as they receive them. I'm sure things will work out:thumbsup:

From what I have read it sounds like @Toytec Lifts is doing all they can to remedy the situation.

Haven't heard anything from Toytec in several days. I'm working through the dispute process in PayPal and this is probably going to drag out for awhile.

This is becoming beyond a hassle trying to get them to agree to anything.

"Not unlike" any other return policy? Amazon has a customer guarantee, so does eBay. You can easily return an item anywhere I can think of for any reason...except shops like this. Why is Amazon consuming everything in its wake? Because the customer service that existed in mom and pop shops long ago is no longer there. Pretty sad a multi billion dollar company cares more about your satisfaction than a small independent business.

That is part of our accounting team, not in my hands.
We have sent out a return label for the products to be sent back for a full refund. We are waiting on the products to be returned now.

We are issuing refunds to anyone that wants to return the coilovers, but we are also needing products back before we send any refunds.

I’m curious if you were expecting a refund plus retaining the coilovers?

Sounds like all those who feel they have a defective product just need to contact Toytec, send the parts back and get a refund.

    Problems solved.

    Hey Guys,

Toytec is on this. We speak daily about the issue. All you need to do is contact them.

On our end we've already had a 17" 4x4 back in for test fit and kicked off a new spring which should be ready in 3-4 weeks. If anybody wants to wait I'd be happy to simply send them the new spring direct to them. Again, just contact Toytec.

We're very sorry for the issue. We just made a simple mis-calculation during R&D and it wasn't caught.

Holy hell man, forgot that happened. Last time I was in CA, and visiting a go fast junky, they had a broken spring. It happens.

Nope. Don't expect to keep them nor do I want to. I'm probably going to be ordering some Billstein 6112s from boss4x4s to replace these. Lucky me gets to pay for another alignment and a shop to install them. I'd have paid the same amount anyway even if they send out free springs to correct the issue with the existing setup. No reason to stick with a product that has caused me so much grief.

I cant believe I didn’t see this thread lol. Hoping we can make a deal when its resolved. I also had to pay for a double job, double alignment to fix the problem temporary because I already ordered tires. Hope to hear from toytec/eibach guys soon
