    What is the process for debadging and then putting the badges back on? Want to black out my badges but don't wanna do it while they are on.

    This YouTube video is what myself and many others have followed to get black badges. As far as debadging I used hair dryer and fishing line and it comes right off.

    +1 on plastidipping. Get a can of glossifier if you want a little shine. Worked great on mine.

    But if you're dead set on taking it off, @RowdyRon covered it all.

    Probably mounting tape. If I'm not mistaken, it's black double sided tape with red striping covering the sticky sides.

    Plastidip Dusty it's super easy took half day for me 4 coats i blue taped 2 inches from all sides of badges then news paper for extra coverage 30-40 min between each coat then used peel away also used wooden skewers to remove dip from tight spots easy peasy

    SoI plasti dip'd the badges anyone have any suggestions on if I can go over it with something to keep it from flaking chipping peeling etc? don't want to have to redo then every year.

    Also my buddy was wondering if anyone knows where to buy black out badges? doesn't want to plasti-dip and doesn't want the badge covers
