engine turns over but no start

I pumped bad gas and tried to dilute it with clean to get my truck to start. During the repeated starting i tried the engine would turn over for an extra 5 seconds or less after releasing the key, which i read is normal in situations like mine. After many times of doing that the extra engine rotatation stoped when releasing the key. I cleaned the tank and filter but now the pump won't ever turn on. Something broke with me trying to start the truck with bad gas in it. Does anyone know what part broke to quit that extra engine rotation it shouldent have stopped doing. I believe it is why my main computer is not telling the pump to cut on. Ps-fuel pump works when a jumper wire is placed in the relay spot but it still wont crank with it jumped out.
