I’d like to replace my head unit with something that supports CarPlay and integrates well with Toyota. I’d like it to look somewhat factory, any suggestions?

What's your budget? I recommend one that has a capacitive touch screen. Avoid anything that has a clear resistive touch screen. This video will help you understand why - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gGXfp78_GMQ

I really haven't thought much about a budget. I just want CarPlay and for it to look like it belongs in the Tundra. I currently have an amp and 2 10s behind the rear seat and I'm having all the other speakers replaced this week with an amp on those.

not many yet but unless you have the Q charging system in your car, you still need the wire to charge it anyways.

That's a valid point. I guess you could run the wire under the center console and have it all hidden

that's what I do. phone hidden with cable in center console and since you have carplay on the screen, no need to have the phone close to you imo. It charges at the same time.

yep. I used AXESS module for the steering wheel and USB adapter that will link the Toyota module to the usb. Both found on Amazon.
