That should work fine. Later, after you become addicted to off road life, it'll be a nice spare to loan to your disciples while you're transmitting from your fixed mount.

Super helpful having 2 channels simultaneously since I'm always bumping the dial and you can still hear me on the other frequency and tell me how to fix what I messed up.:D

Ruh-roh!! I just noticed this in the Recently Discussed Products at the bottom of this thread:IMG_7214.PNG.jpg
Sorry I'm late with all my responses and wasn't paying close attention. Whoever posted the 2 way radio walkie talkie, NO, DON'T get that one. It will only pair with another on the same frequency. Get one of the others, even the cheaper one shown on the left, so we can enter one of numerous frequencies to match yours with all the others doing the same run.

I myself wasn't sure if meeting on the east side meant at the end spot at Cleghorn or when the SD guys were going to convoy up from SD.

I think the plan is to meet on the West side of the 15 Fwy. at Cleghorn exit before heading up to the trail. I can't wait to see y'all!! :bananadance:

I thought it’s the same exit off the 15 but there is a parking area on the east side and the west side of the 15. Maybe I missed part of the conversation.

I can understand the confusion. I don't think it was clear that the SD folks were meeting up and getting gas and coffee and convoying up.

Once at Cleghorn we all should meet on the West side of the 15 Fwy. and on the South side looks best in the larger circle on the map. ^^^^^

Sounds good. Agreed, I should have addressed the SD folks via PM to avoid confusion. What you have circled above looks perfect. We'll see you there at 0900.

If anyone along the way (15-215-15) wants to jump in with us, PM me for radio freq.
