im installing my p3 brake controller and found an extra wiring plug in my harness. From other dash photos it looks like it may be for parking sensors. Can anyone confirm this for me?
2015 TRD Pro CM for reference.

Cool! Does that mean the wiring goes all the way thru to the bumpers? Every thread I’ve searched either says it’s prewired, or it’s a huge pain and you have to get a new ecu, etc. I don’t really care much for them, but if it’s there, why not?!

I have That same black wire and haven’t been able to figure out what it was...so is it a parking sensor and what exactly does that do?

Sounds like it the wiring to the parking sensor switch.

Stole this photo from the googles. It’s the switch on the far left. Shuts off the parking sensors (they can get annoying sometimes)
