I started another thread about this earlier. Have not towed my UTV/trailer yet but likely will this weekend weather permit. I don't tow anything heavy but pull a lot of grade on I26 going to SC and back. So far, the transmission oil stays pretty close to the coolant.

I haven't tracked it but have glanced at it pulling 8K up some 7% grades. No issues at all. Temp stays in nominal range.

    Stock is so temporary
I have a UltraGauge Blue coming. Will be tracking during normal and when towing. Updates to follow.

Found the changes. Wish they would have kept the trans cooler separate...

What is the normal range for transmission fluid in the Gen 3? I pulled my UTV/trailer from Johnson City to Spartanburg and back today. Trans temp peaked at about 222 deg. F and stayed around 212 deg. F during some steep grades of several miles. Significantly warmer than my 2008 with auxiliary cooling. It never went much over 205. Engine coolant want never over 195. Going 55-60 up grades in 4th gear. It will be interesting to hear numbers from heavy haulers. BTW, Scan Guage II data.
    Regards,
