How do you compensate for the difference in rollout regarding the speedometer and odometer being off? Is there some way to change the tire size in the truck's computer to compensate?

    Not much of a difference
You can always do the Hypertech calibrator.

Above 30 mph mines is about +5-8 mph faster than what it shows on the dash. I just deal with it no calibrator or anything. I heard that on the tundra has a rolling code system, that's why no one has a tuner system that works for it yet. Hyper tech does not plug into ecm and it just feeds the system different air fuel ratios and all that good stuff for increased power.

i think the hypertech you're talking about is more along the lines of the interceptor which is one their performance models. you can also buy one that just simply recalibrates the speedo.

How much bigger are you going? Do the math on revolutions per mile stock to new size and it will give you a percentage off. It might not be enough to worry about, mine wasn't.

With 35's, I'm right at 3mph faster than my speedo says. I just pay attention to it a little. I'm not spending all that money to correct my speedo.

Are you running 37"? Because that's massive. Stock 275/65/18 is 32" tires, going up 33" is about 3% different, going up 35" is about 9% and so on. Now, at 60 MPH, a 3% different is about 2 mph..or 62 mph. A 9% different is about 6 mph...or 66 mph...enough to get pulled over.
