I have toughskinz but not middle console so cant speak from experience, however I did hear it would not work. So I went this route instead for wireless charge. Love it so far.

Even found a way to keep some of the toughskinz in the area where the wireless charger replaced it. I removed that section and tried cutting it up a bit to place on the charger. Unfortunately I was only able to salvage just the 1 piece u see on the charger edge. The rest just didnt look right so I junked it. I'm happy with both the function and benefits of the charger and the look by simply tying in that 1 small piece.

 

Very soon. I'll be adding some eye candy under the hood to go with the rest of the goodies I got under there. Not expecting anything as far as gains, already got a AFE dry filter that came from DAP with my tune. Plan to keep that in place.

I found a deal that was just too good to pass up, cheaper than the trd 40% sale, yet the thing still looks brand new. It helps when u can tell the type of people u are buying things from. If they seem attention and detail oriented, you can be confident that your goodies are gonna arrive looking brand new. Thank u sir, u know who u are and u will be missed if u decide to go.

I used the excuse if my truck looks this great both in and out and already has all these additions to both the outside and inside the cab, there's no reason it shouldn't look the same under the hood. Therefore I found my excuse to don my mistress with some fashionable wear for under the hood.



Now I just gotta find the time to install it. I'm crossing my fingers for later.

 

I highly doubt it would charge through a toughskin, maybe with no case but I doubt it

 

As promised, my last additional "Bling" for awhile. Pics dont do justice, they look good....the fake carbon fiber throws light VERY well. How long they will last remains to be seen. They are the domed version.

 

Looks great, I want to see someone with the trd pro do the bedsides in these. Come on people.

 

Long overdue posting, but here are some recent things done within this past month: Cam Tower Leak Fixed, Engine Bay Detailed; Exterior/Interior Detail; TRD Center Caps Installed, TRD Dual Exhaust Installed, Tundra decal on radio, Toyota color matched lettering on front grille.

 

It would look good, not sure if they make them though. I wasnt sure if I want to go with the carbon look, but they match up great with the MGM...the plastidip I used on the mirrors is also close enough that Im going to leave it (it looks almost Like textured MGM).

 

You just made my day. I picked this right up.

Sadly no pics but just finished replacing my MAF sensor. Went back to the original stock one. Had a JET MAF, lasted me about a year, gave me a check engine light today, engine seemed to be struggling. Swapped back to original and engine came back to life immediately, roared like a beast
Had a good run with the JET MAF but wont be doing a warranty xchange on it, it was pretty cheap anyways when i got it. Just gonna stick to the good ol stock MAF

Made mounts for the maxtrax (that I promptly had to remake. Originally had them too tall, the tent wouldn’t have been able to open)

Mounted the water port, and locked the axes/shovel.

Pro-tip, don’t let grinding sparks hit your back window. They’re hot enough to etch it.

Anyone ever replaced back glass...I’m an idiot

I think I have an extra set same as I installed. Shoot me a PM and I'll look for them tomorrow. If I can find them and you want them their yours.

 

Wyandotte St. just crossing 150 Southbound. I noticed a BA looking Tundra then recognized your front plate. My office is just right there on 141st Terrace.

Fortunately, I learned that lesson many years ago working on a friends truck.. lol.

Traditionally the back glass is the most expensive window to replace. Hopefully that isn't the case for the tundra since it isn't sealed in.

The rack is looking good though!

I took my Tundra in for the 20K service. Two service campaigns had to be performed: the TSS sensor repair, and an ECM reprogramming. I lucked out on the TSS sensor...repaired even though I have a 2” leveling kit.

 

Got any vids of this truck running?

I'm not ready to buy an exhaust system yet, but when I do, I would like as quiet as possible in the aftermarket sector.

Any other mods to your truck (tires/wheels)?

 

Biggest mod to date for me. Stainless steel screws for the rear license plate.
