So I found the first one under my front driver seat about two months ago when I was vacuuming out the Tundra. This morning, I found another in the rear floor board, again, driver side. Does anyone know what they’re for? They seem to have “LH” and “RH” stamped on them. Are they part of the seat? Are they broken, and if so, do I need to replace them? TIA for any help...

I actually just noticed these yesterday one of mine fell off my drivers seat yesterday, part is still hanging on but that little hook came disconnected. I couldn't get it back on. I have no clue what they do

I believe they are clips that are (were) attached to the upholstery of your seat....kinda how they secure the fabric to underside of the chair.

I had the same thing, however one was off and one was still in place. They are supposed to hide the seat track from the rear seat more of an aesthetic piece for the back seat passengers so they don't have to look at "tracks" while they eat Grey Poupon. The plastic is so thin at the hinge point they are broken with in a week of owning the truck.

Thanks everyone for the responses, helpful and as I expected, comical

I’m going to go with this one...rare rear passengers, and when I do have them, they’re usually drunk customers that could give two shits about aesthetics!!

    Thanks Ian!!

I believe it is only on the electric/adjustable seats. It is a shield to keep the rear passenger's toes or other objects from getting pinched when the seat is adjusted down or tilted back. The non-adjustable seats do not have that.
