Save some money and just powder coat them.

Understood, I think these are +50 but not positive. I have SCS SR8s in gun metal and they are +25, which I think is the perfect offset, especially with the flares you have. I want to add flares myself.

yes, 1" and 1.5". The 1" are tricky because the original lugs will protrude past the spacer and hit the back of the wheel, unless the wheel has the space to clear the lugs, from what I have read online. I think the factory wheels do have the crevice design that allows the 1" spacer. One inch is 25mm, btw.

I've got a set of these that are going up for sale before much longer. Plus I've got a brand new set, still in the box oem TRD center caps for them. What part of nc are you located? This is not actual pic of the wheels I'll be selling, just the exact same wheel.

When I got my TSS with the TSS black wheels I believe they were about +52 offset and sat just inside the fender wells. Went with a +20 when I purchased aftermarket wheels. Sorry I don’t have the same angle pic of the originals but you can see the difference.

    Yep, da chrome gotta go.
Found this, (a picture is worth a thousand tech book pages, LOL)
So, with the rims i have, +60 the wheels are set inside the wheelwell somewhat far.
With a +25 (as suggested) it will give me +35 difference toward the outside of the wheelwell.
With less + offset they will set farther toward the outsid of the wheelwell.
It all makes sense now. (Honestly, I was very confused with all this offset stuff before i found this pic)

What size tire? any mods to the front bumper or front mud flaps?
I went to our local wheel/truck shop today and was ready to get the 20" x 8" +20 offset with my stock tires P275 / 55R20 and with the calculation showing the wheels would be 1.6" father out, the guy said it will rub the front fender plastic and the front mud flap. we went out to measure, I'll agree, it is close. Then he said in reverse, it is more than likely going to rub (all only while turning). He said they can space the bumper forward and I could cut the bulge out of the mud flap. (whats the use in a mud flap with a hole cut in it)
Anyway, are you getting any rubbing while turning?

No mods done and no rubbing. It’s close but those are the tires that came on the truck when I bought it new. Wheels are 20 x 10, Tires are 285/55 R20. That’s with the wheel cranked all the way left.

    Damn, that is close.
And I have 275 tires so, i will be .2" less then you (.25" will give me almost 1/4" more space)

    Thanks,
+50 is almost stock (+60). I'm thinking of doing +35 which would give it a 1" wider stance. I'm scared of the +20, LOL :notsure:

There is a guy on here with 20x9 0 offset with 275/55r20's. Says it only rubs while in reverse turned all the way.

Yes I would do 20 x 9 but you will be fine with +20 offset on 275 tires.

Ok, after measuring, checking, shopping and a lot of research, even spoke to a guy at Fuel and Chris at Autoanything on conference call
They agreed the 20x9, +20offset and the 275/55R20 will fit without rubbing.
The guy at Fuel said the Fuel Vapor D569 was actually made for the Tundra (no lift or level)
Fuel website doesn't even show the wheel with the +20 and 5x150 Bolt pattern in the matte black with dark tint surface.
    Just got these ordered today.

Any of the 20 x 9 fuels should fit in the +20 with that size tire.....any other brand also for that matter

Ok. I'll be selling my 20" BBS wheels soon. But not really wanting to ship. Heck, you might not even be interested in them.
