Hi, I am looking to buy a first gen Tundra with an access cab and WITH a long bed. According to this site:
    https://truckbedsizes.com/tundra/
they do have an access cab with long bed, but for some reason the only long bed tundra I find is a standard cab. I can’t even find one on google images. Can anyone confirm that they do exist???

    Thanks Dan

I’m sorry to say but that website is incorrect. The only long bed option on the 1st gen is with a regular cab.

They did not make a 1st gen access cab with long bed. The only 1st gen long bed is the regular cab. That website is wrong in multiple areas. There was never a 1st gen with a 5' bed either.

Thanks a lot!!! I guess all this time I was looking for something that doesn’t exist.

    Thanks!

Look into a 2nd gen double cab with the long bed.

They existed. DNR here had some, in dark green. Father in law desperately wanted one, but never did.

I think it was available as an aftermarket customization of the stock frame (welding in a section), perhaps available through dealers. Sorta like many of the convertibles were after the factories stopped making them (way back when). I believe I did find this company, but I don't see anything about it now. It was not cheap as I recall.

I also think I remember that you could get the access cab on a bare long bed frame through the commercial truck dealership. This was not accessable to regular buyers.

It was never a factory option.
