I was given my first fiesta medal today

 

And that's how they hook you into buying more...

 

That's pretty neat. What is it for exactly? Just curious, thanks.

 

So from what I understand for fiesta in SA a lot of businesses make special medals. Usually they are different through the years and are fun to collect. Because fiesta is supposed to be founded on one big charity event these companies have the medals made and then sell them and donate to whatever they want. So it has become a thing to collect fiesta medals. Even though I am from this area I have never collected one and have never been interested to do so. I actually have never been to any of the fiesta events. But my sister received this one because she works at the plant and gave it to me. If I was to ever want a fiesta medal it would be this one I guess.

Edit: And apparently the Tundra and Tacoma have been the official fiesta vehicles for the last 10 years

Also there is a blood drive on June 15th

 

I was supposed to go to this but I'm not going to be able to make it....

 

I am not going either. Have a babysitter lined up and tickets to End Game for a date night

 

I'm going to take the boy to open swim for some extra water time so hopefully he will start to not be scared to go under water and be splashed.

I do not for the events i post on here. As you can see most of the events are screen shots of different facebook groups. Not sure if @ChadsPride has an email list for the TTC events?

 

I don't, wish I would have done that from the start! Once we get a website going, we will have that back end info to help people schedule and attend gatherings.

The RMT ALl Toyota Bash was great on Sunday. I did not get a lot of pictures. I would say that out of the 277 vehicles that entered the show between 50-75% were Tundras. Had a great time, but got a little sunburned. Better weather than last years. Did anyone else make it out?

 

FYI, there is now a 2nd Chemical Guys Detail Garage in San Antonio and they also host a monthly meet.
