I ordered up a set of JBA headers and had planned on using factory Toyota gaskets. I ordered up a pair (along with some other parts for the install) and received them yesterday. This feels like a dumb question but what should the gaskets look like (i.e. how many layers? how are they connected, etc.)?

I received what feels like 1 gasket with 4 layers of steel that is assembled via 3 or 4 dimples that lock the layers together. This is my first experience with these gaskets so I want to find out if I only received one gasket and should reach out to the dealership.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Alot of people use jba gasket because they fit better due to the raise flange on the jba. Dirty deeds put on 100s of sets of jba and uses their gasket and reuse the stock air injection ones. You just have to put high temp sealer on all the mating surface and torque the bolts as tight as you can. Dirty deeds has the install instructions.
