The leaf springs on my ‘16 with 33K not only look flat but almost curve the wrong way. The pic doesn’t show it great. (The shackles are off because I’m painting for rust prevention).
I have read here the springs aren’t great on these trucks. Do these need immediate attention or are they typicalA2D07026-51D0-4188-8B47-8B548605C341.jpg

I was at the Toyota dealer this morning, and the springs on a brand new one in the show room look exactly the same. So I guess mine are not prematurely worn, they are like new crappy springs.

Next time you’re at the dealer measure the ride height in the rear from center of the hub to the fender. Maybe check a couple of trucks. This could let anyone else with what they think is saggy leave springs compare their ride height.

IMHO our rear leaf springs are the biggest limitation on our trucks.

Just did the CB 3” shackles on mine. Leafs looked the same with only 5000 miles. Never had a load on it either, so I’d think yours are normal as long as the ride didn’t drastically change.

All good. Custom made for me was stock height and 200 extra pounds of weight capacity just for fun. Bill said wouldn’t affect ride so figured what the heck. I run empty in the back except for 600 pounds of charcoal twice a year.

For sure! I highly recommend him! He even let me talk his ear off, asking questions, like why get this set up vs. a diff set up. I learned SO much! And mention a forum discount!

My ADS suspension setup including his UCA's came from him. Super good guy. I would also recommend him highly. I am happy with the suspension setup.
