Is that the standard Dove Grey from Raptor? That looks much lighter than I expected. I want to do a darker gray on my Sequoia

Make sure you have containers it will not all fit into the bottle ,mix it in the container and pour half back into the bottle don't over fill it it will leak from the top of the gun,I do it on the side I learned from doing a bunch of trucks

Thanks. It looks awesome, but it is way lighter than it looks in their example.

Looks awesome! I want to do this to my truck if I do not end up repainting the hood. How much prep work was involved? I did a jeep Cherokee, it did not stay on it very well but I used some other stuff not raptor liner.

Was just on there website, looking at doing my truck as well except in the basalt gray. Did you go for the textured look or smooth? How long did it take?

Did you also do the mirrors?

I noticed you did the front and rear bumpers along with the grill.

If you don’t mind me asking, what prep did you do? Also, did you do anything extra to prep the bumpers and grill?

    thanks

Yes I did the mirrors and rear bumper front bumper and grill,180 on everything and used upol adhesion promoter on the plastic parts, had one spot on the chrome that came off, probably my fault chrome sucks to do but the truck is 100 percent perfect easy to clean.Idid it in January I love it get so many people asking about it,I do it on the side now ,make sure you have a good air compressor with a lot a cmu or your not going to get a good job 70 psi at the gun then 80 psi for the 2nd coat for a real nice fine finish, use cardboard to practice.

I like it but have found it doesn't age well. Hard to wash the texture holds dirt and fades the color

I’m thinking of just doing black with no color added to it. Maybe black the bumpers and grill too. Keep the emblems and Toyota sign chrome. Idk exactly yet. But I definitely want to do this to my truck.
