Looking for some input on the RTZ shackles. Does anyone have them, and how have they held up? CADC24CD-F232-4293-907D-ADE28DBD55D9.jpg

I have them and they work fine. It’s kind of hard to mess up a shackle.

You get what you pay for. Is it worth breaking one and possibly destroying your bedside with a tire?

I used these. Tossed the bolts and used the factory bolts. I also welded in a brace similar to toytec shackles.
Probablyupgrade to add a leaf the future anyway so they are temporary for me.

OP save your money, and save for some Coachbuilder Shackles. They are worth there money in gold. I purchased CB +1 and don't regret it at all. Spend once cry once, words to live by modding these trucks.

Went with these for now 1.5 inches. They are very beefy compared to the rtz and only cost $10 more. Pro form fabrications. I’ll save my money for the time until I buy the CB shackles or go another route. Only time will tell how this will work out8C9134D2-FF71-447F-B044-D3E51BF6B42E.jpg

Upgrade to poly bushings in the leaf eyelets. That’s where you will feel the difference besides just being taller.

I live in Colorado but I'm curious about that DIY mechanic shop in Austin. Sounds like a nifty place.
