my ol man thinks its scrap metal i think to the right buyer it could be a treasure, unfortunately my uncle passed before he could finish it and id love some opinions. he used to drive it and he could touch the rear wheel opening his door. its like a 65 impala had a kid with a willys. he actually took a 4 door 65 impala and converted it into a 2 door. as a kid i thought it was so cool! you think the right buyer would find this unique and worth finishing, or is it a heap of trash. dont bs me. this sounds wild but personally i could see it completely finished in a unique way, and it would be a car show favorite. my uncle was like if Andy Worhol and Chip foose had a kid.. whaddya think

Someone like Counts Customs might be interested. But you are in OH and not Vegas. Someone would be interested.

Pretty cool, too bad you can't finish it.
Why don't you reach out to Chip Foose and tell him about the car/story, I think he would finish it.

Now tell me about that Camaro. :D

That’s an awful short wheelbase with a whole lot of overhang. That said, there’s an ass for every seat and a sucker born every minute.

Thoughts of doing things like this have crossed my mind a few times over the years, good for weight loss and better weight transfer, could be a wild set up with the right engine, on the other hand, that model does have a bunch of overhang so it could end up looking like a pancake.

I think it would be cool if the rear axle and fender well were moved back to look more proportionate.

I think the project and execution is impressive. But in a selling market, you’re customer base is going to be small. Most people wanting a 2 door car are just buying a chevelle or camaro

Plenty of people would want that. Just depends on the price and your schedule. How long can you sit on it and how much would the scrap yard pay? Anything more than that is a good deal then. I'd take it just to get it running and get weird looks.....but your a little far away lol.

I dont know why but I want that rear end ripped out and converted into an el camino. Like a weird Frankenstein mini-truck

If you choose to sell it, sell it as scrap without a title. Have buyer sign paperwork stating the same. CYA!

I just dont know what to think because my brother had a beautiful 66 2 door impala. I loved that car. That chopped 4 door I cant get past where the door opens. Unfortunately for me my brother sold his car 2 yrs ago. Screenshot_20190416-204840_Gallery.jpg Screenshot_20190416-204859_Gallery.jpg Screenshot_20190416-204919_Gallery.jpg
