Have fun. I did that one outside when it was 34 degrees. I can’t do wallballs in my garage due to low ceiling. It sucked.

I'll probably end up outside as well. It's snowing today...

I'm not familiar with any of this fancy stuff.
    Back
    Legs
    Shoulders
    Arms
    Chest
Occasional Olympic routine thrown in to spice things up.

Moderate cardio randomly thrown in. Each workout consists of 1-2 strength building/compound movements followed by isolation stuff.

    405# deadlift.
    330# squat
    280# bench
I would like to get the squat back up in the 365-375# range where it used to be and get the bench to 300 but it is hard to stay consistent right now chasing a 2 year old around.

Oh no.. good luck. For me trying to maintain control of my breathing was even harder being outside in the cold.

Looking good!!! If I’m not mistaken I saw a post you recently moved/bought a new house on here?

    Yesterday was....well it’s over lol.
I always get killed by those damn burpees:help:. Anyway are you doing Project April? I have been doing all SP workouts with only DB’s, however my Powerlifting days are still barbell... but that’s from my coach.

If your on IG I have the same name. I try to post videos of me trying to make it through those wod’s. The kids(6 & 9) have jumped in as well.
Saturday is my 1 day a week of rest and it can’t get here fast enough. Today is a bench day and maybe some SP if I have enough energy.

    @Outbound did you survive?

@Juanjoolio007 yes we just moved to Idaho! Been here for close to a month now.

Not doing Project April, but getting our workouts in like always!

That’s awesome! Our little one tries to workout but she’s 3. Haha

Darn, I just deleted my Instagram so I got rid of all social media otherwise I would have added you!

Got this in my Pro member box from GNC. Its pretty convenient for creatine and preworkout. I throw it in my bag premeasured and its ready to drop in any size drink.

I guess its cleaner then just rolling up a piece of printer paper as a funnel. Thats what I used to do for protein. For Pre...got to agree with T Rexx... just shovel and swig some water.

Man, this is exactly what I need to do for meal prep, its where I always get screwed up (not having food ready to go and end up eating something I shouldn't. Are those divided containers easy to find, like Walmart or Amazon?

At the beginning of the year I bought a smart trainer (TacX Flux S) and a Zwift membership. I'd say this is literally the next best thing to riding outdoors, pretty damn fun. If you haven't heard of Zwift, it's pretty much a virtual cycling world, think like playing a video game but you riding the trainer affects what's happening on screen. If you have a smart trainer Zwift controls the resistance based on road grade, and can do separate structured workouts based off of power zones.

I definitely don't use it consistently enough, I usually end up riding 3ish times a week but usually never on the same days. Still fun though. According to Strava I'm up to 319 miles this year already, which I'm on track to be WAY past previous years efforts just riding outside (and TONS more elevation than what I normally ride).

Zwift requires a monthly membership, and the trainers are pretty expensive, but I would say so far it has been worth it.

I have a TacX trainer as well, but not the smart version. I find it's awesome for training in the winter, especially since our winters are 6 months long.

@Stroke250 nailed it. I got them off Amazon. I get the pack of like 20 or whatever and as they start to get the dishwasher faded stuff going on I toss them. 1 pack usually lasts me like 6 months or so I think. Now that I am weighing my food I am just going to buy the single compartment ones next. I tend to take the same thing so I don't need the 3 compartments.

Anybody here using the RP template/App? I have been following them for like a year(on social media but never signed up). I have been maintaining using some old ass Macros from IIFYM. Maintenance has been fine but trying to loose BF has been not so good. Always start to get close and then get derailed by some life/work situation. Not making excuses but it gets hard trying to get your numbers when you go from days, to grave, back to days then to swing shift. And your “activity” level at work goes from sitting at a desk for weeks to walking/standing all shift.

Enter the RP APP. I am going to “cut” for 12 weeks while doing 3-4 days a week Street Parking(CrossFit) to try and lean out some more. 3 days a week I will be doing my main lift/MSM and maybe some accessories for my Powerlifting program. After the 12 weeks is up I will be switching to muscle gain/strength and will be back to full 100% Powerlifting with my coach and including Street Parking 1-2 days a week to try and maintain conditioning level for at least the next 6 months.

Just curious if anyone else has used them.

Man I've heard alot of bad about the template.. I had a lady come in my shop and it had her at like 800 calories. I have heard some good but apparently they made some changes and are having some issues with it?

Tomorrow will be 2 weeks with the App. There where some issues with my start that where my fault. 1st I used a start weight from the week before I started. I set my “start cut” date for like three days after I downloaded it and signed up so I could use the app see what the numbers were and build my meals.
When my first weigh in came(Monday) I was 7 pounds heavier. That took my 13 pound cut goal to 20# in 12 weeks. By Friday of week 1 I was down about 6 pounds. Friday night I had a few vodka drinks and missed a meal. Caused a spike up in weight by Monday. This Friday I was back down again and roughly 1-1.5 pounds over my target for the cut.

Last Friday I opted to cut my macros in order to try and get on track. Yesterday it did ask me if I wanted to cut macros, adjust goal weight or extend a week. I opted to extend a week as I don’t have a reason for the end date and my switch to muscle gain/Powerlifting can get pushed back a few weeks if I have to.
Overall I love this App so far. After you get familiar with it it’s easy to use. I admittedly don’t know enough about carb cycling or timing to do this myself. This thing adjusts your food intake for how many times you want to eat, activity level, workout length and intensity level. I can take screenshots and post them if anyone wants to see what it looks like.

I was thinking of trying them too. Molly is always posting yummy recipes. My only problem is I am a ridiculously picky eater. I don’t know how much flexibility there is in the SP template but I could pick my protein with RP. There was a bunch of other things I can switch in the app too that worked for my goals and schedule. If I ever get the wife to try a template I will get more info on the SP since she is loving that program anyway.

Unrelated good job on that Wod today. Today is my off day...which I’m ok with cause I don’t like running lol.

    Good Job!

Just finished Murph for the first time. Just under 57 mins. Wore my loaded flak jacket for the runs only and did 10 rounds of 10 banded pull-ups, 20 push ups, 30 air squats. I wore my No Bull shoes for the first run and that just about killed me. Horrible calf cramps and shin splint pain. I left my knee sleeves on for the second run and switched to my old ass Adidas for the run. Much better. Took the dog on both and my 9yr old joined me for the second run.
