    It is really solid.
I use CG honeydew snow foam. I follow the instructions on the label. I think it’s two ounces soap, the rest with WARM water. (It makes a big difference)

One thing that may throw you off. Turning towards minus on the dial gives more foam. You’d think it’s the other way around.

I changed the orifice and got worse results, so I changed back. I ended up reading later that changing it out is not recommended for larger PSI pressure washers. Not sure where the cutoff is, but it works great as is for me.

Ended up power washing the foam off and the truck was very clean which I was surprised by. I did a quick wipe down with ech2o, then rinse, and some hydro2. Came out pretty good but kinda foggy. I think I went too strong on my hydro2 mix. Ended up going over it all with a spray bottle of ech2o,water,and reload mix to get rid of the foggy finish. My beadmaker didn't arrive on time for this wash but should be here soon.
The winter was rough on the car but my reload application in Sept, then hydro2 in November seems to have held up pretty well.
Definitely needs to be clayed and buffed in the near future. Hopefully I'll find the time next month.
Oh I went cheap and quick on the tires and plastic with some 303, ran out of time and energy for today.

This is the only picture I have of a mid wash. But I have the foam cannon from chemical guys and this thing works magic. I do also use the snow foams from chemical guys too which explains the mass foamyness.

there is something to be said about feeling the satisfaction of washing your own car. Knowing that you've scrubbed each and every reachable corner/edge/trim and underbody and then wiping it down dry only to say "Goddamit, I've missed a spot." .

    The satisfaction is there.:)

Those are rags. I foam them on the vehicle and then use them to scrub the vehicle. A little trick a detailer taught me instead of using a bucket.

So if my truck were dirtier and needed a 2 bucket wash after foaming it, should I rinse the foam off first or just go right into using my mitts? I assume rinse to remove debris and also the foam may dry before I could get all the way around the truck.

I found one for my powerwasher. Karcher k2. Came with the correct fitting. Depending on your power washer you may need to do the same or buy and adapter. I like how my adapter was built into it. Well worth it.

After using the foam cannon, do you typically use a power washer at a low setting to wash off the foam? and are you then pretty much done, besides drying and applying whatever wax you use?

Or do you foam the truck, scrub it by hand with a rag, and then wash it off with power washer or hose?

The foam cannons seem really cool, I'm just not sure of the entire cleaning process and how or if it saves time from doing everything by hand.

Also, if it is sunny and relatively hot out...I live in Phoenix...I can't imagine you could get all that soap off your truck before it started to dry. I'm guessing you could only soap and then rinse one section at a time.

Sorry I keep thing of questions. Is this a two hose process?...one hose connected to the foam cannon and one hose connected to the power washer?

Now I'm thinking it might save time doing the actual washing, but the setup and break-down might add a significant amount of time.

I already do a good job washing by hand, I can't imagine the cannon and pressure washer would do a better job than hand. The only reason I would use that stuff is if it is faster.

To scrub the paint?...Or wheels, fender liners, underneath the rocker panels?...I'm guessing you use them once and toss them?

Yeah for paint and yes they are one and done. I buy them in bulk at Costco. They’re microfiber towels.

I’ll reuse the ones that are clean but I usually scrub the tires with them too so that destroys them.

When you all use the foam canon, is there certain steps you use! I tried before and thought you just spray and let sit, then rinse off! I guess you have to brush too!
