What to expect in total mileage before failure?

I've 206,000 miles on my '02 SR5 V-8 4x4. Very well maintained, uses 1 qt every 5,000 miles when I then change oil, no leaks anywhere, gas mileage holding at 17, no wrecks, no rust, one new radiator and regular maintenance. Probably 25,000 miles of towing of 6 to 8,000 lbs car trailers. Recently changed oil to 20W50 to keep oil pressure in normal range. What can I expect to get out of the truck for total miles before a major problem would not surprise me?

 

I have an '02 SR5 2wd with just over 250,000 miles. A few years ago the starter went out and the autozone re-manufactured unit went bad 3 months later. That has probably been my worst problem so far. Starter is located under the intake manifold, took my dad and I 6 hours to change it out, had our mechanic do it the 2nd time.

 

Its a toyota man. If you take good care of it and keep up maintenance its gonna be around for a while!

Ive seen 1st gens with 300k on em.

 

I had a 98 Camry that had over 260000 on it when I sold it to a nephew a few years ago and it is still going.

 

T100 had 300,000 on it when I traded it in. Wish I just kept it.

 

Was the T100 a V6?
