    Caps on had to buy new claps that worked with the deck rail system $10 a piece! Leer dealer gave me new cables to for the latches since they were snapped....just gotta wire up the brake and dome lights. Total cost $540.

    Needs a rack for sure

    Find pics of the inside of the latch like someone said above and try to pry it open. You could probably unscrew it from the inside once open and replace it, but $50 is cheap if the locksmith will rekey it. You are right about not getting it off or back on your truck if you cant get inside it.

    I picked the lock myself....dealer has the new assembly for $40 I’ll grab one soon
