Good Morning to all.... I read a post that Grey Wolf wrote a while back regarding Prostate cancer.
I too have battled a cancer..Rectal and Colorectal Cancer. I encourage ALL memners and members families to get screened and checked. DO NOT put off your Colonoscopy. !!!!
What i went thru was pure HELL.... but I am one of the lucky ones, there are MANY far worse than I am... I am truly grateful and blessed to have had the support of many during these times.

Today marks 2 years for me, I endured Radiation, surgery and Chemo.

I can promise you that I would rather fight ISIS with a fork, than to go thru what I did. No one likes to deal with the reality of it... because they feel embarrassed.... but it IS a reality.
I was screened and had NO cancer anywhere in my family for 3 Gen back... so family history was not an issue. The Dr just said, I was dealt a bad hand in getting it. Mine was very aggressive and I was at Stage 4 before the surgery was done. As of today, I am living without an 'appliance' ( I had to wear one for several months after surgery, but was able to get it reversed.

A total change of life.... Please I ask each and every one of you... to get your Colonoscopes done...ON TIME ..we all sit on our ass in our trucks.... well... that should be your reminder to get it done !!

Sometimes you get dealt a bad hand in life and cancer is one of them. When you get the news...you just deal with it and fight it. Always get your age appropriate checks with your annual physical.....
