It took a little bit of searching so I'll post what I found and what I installed to help anyone thinking of doing this.

    For the Camper Shell:

    Thule 60" Top Tracks

Thule 460 Podium Foot Pack (Full Pack includes 4)

    Thule Fit Kit 3101

    Thule 65" Load Bars

    For the Cab:

Thule 4802 Traverse Foot Half Pack (Half Pack includes 2, 480 Foot pack includes 4)

Thule Fit Kit 1555 (You only need 2 if you can buy them separate)

Thule 65" Load Bars (You can buy a single bar)

    Thule 52" Airscreen

Not sure. I have the same set up on my Tacoma only occasionally haul a canoe or wood from Home Depot and what not. Those are usually short trips and I haven't noticed any damage to anything.

Thanks to this thread I was able to procure the correct parts to get this done. The parts listed in this thread are no longer produced by Thule but can still be found, the hardest is trying to get the fit kit. I found the last one available on a site and ended up using 480r and a 60" bar since no where had 480s or 65" bars. I already had the tracker system on my Leer cap and just needed to add a front bar in order to carry my canoe easier. Granted this cost over $200 to do but I'm happy with the results and can now carry longer lumber too if I need to.

I had this setup for years with Yakima products on my 2001 Tundra, spanning cab and canopy, and never saw any track damage. Given how well the track is attached, many points, I think you’d have to bolt rigid cargo to the crossbars to really stress the system.

Parts listed for the front bar are now obsolete, the 480 feet can still be found used, but the fit kit 1555 is unavailable new or used (eBay, Facebook, Craigslist). I used the TH145182 fit kit with TH710501 feet and the new 60" evo square bar. I got two used replacement TH71051 feet off ebay for $70/ea. The European equivalent of the TH7051 feet are available on Amazon for $140 vs $240 for the American version.

I already had 65" squarebars on raingutter towers from a previous truck. I was able to source a new fit kit 3101 and used 460 feet to utilize the old square bars on my camper shell tracks. The old squarebars of multiple lengths are easily found on used marketplaces. My setup will be used for a canoe and lumber.

Is your shell a Leer or ARE?
Trying to confirm if the Thule fit kit 3101 will work on ARE factory rails? I have an ARE shell on order with rails installed from the factory so wanting to source parts in advance. I have Thule racks currently and ARE sells Yakima. (Leer-Thule) I’m assuming the rails are just a channel that is somewhat universal :fingerscrossed: Hoping I can use what I have already since I have Thule cab mount parts.

Love the setup. I'm evaluating between the 60" and 65" inch crossbars for my new Leer 100XR topper. Are crossbars on the topper 65" and the single crossbar over the cab 60"? Do you have a photo from straight behind the truck that shows how far the bars hang off the top of the topper?
