My wife was giving me a little grief about getting the CM 5.7L. She's very into green and so am I but to a point. My 3 daughters love it! Anyhoot, she's been bugging me about the body roll on turns since she's always doing something (usually cosmetic) while I drive. So I just put on the rear sway bar (based on all the feedback on this and other forums). Needless to say, I haven't heard a peep about body rolls from her since. Along with all weather mats, this might be a must have for all non-off roaders! I would unscientifcally say that it has reduced about 50% off the body roll one would feel. I wound't say it now drives like a sports car, I'd say closer to an SUV. In conclusion, less body roll = one less reason for me to roll my eyes at her.

I was wondering to myself why this wouldn't be standard on the Tundra. Then I answered my own question. Another way for Toytota to make $250 on each car.

    - Bull Bar - LED Bunny Burners - AMP retractable running boards - Headlight leveling retrofit - P3 Brake Controller - 60% rear seat delete - relocation of Sub to rear wall - Bilstein 5100 x4, top setting with 2 shims per side - Coach builder +2 rear shackles w/carrier bearing drop - Firestone Air bags - on-board compressor with auto-leveling - Dual Undercover Swing Boxes. - P285/65/R20 (34.6") BFG TA KO2's - TRD Front skid plate - Pop & Lock Tailgate lock - Remote Tailgate mod - LED Headlights - Nav Bypass - iPhone integration - Serius/XM retrofit - 25% front tint - Bizon electric tonneau cover - Power folding tow mirror upgrade - 2010+ leveling Headlight mod - Auto-fold mirror mod. - one-touch lane changer mod - Flash to open garage opener mod - Rigid H/L fog light upgrade - Pushbutton / Remote start mod.
Best combo I've found is that sway bar and Bilstein 5100s on all 4 corners.. My Wife has a RAM 2500, and every time she drives my truck, she complains about hers.

What do the suspension springs do? Do you feel less bumps? If so, I may need that too. Is it a DIY for non-mechanics?

It's pretty easy. I'm not a real handy guy. There is a great YouTube step by step:
    https://youtu.be/cZdVjObkTLs

I'm not a strong guy and don't have a air gun. But I went to a local tire shop and the removed the bolt for me and torqued the big bolt (85 foot pounds). They didn't have a 45 (+|- 15) foot pound adapter so I torqued the other bolts myself using torque wrench. They let me park there and do the install and lent me any tools I needed. Gave them $5 tip even though they didn't ask for $. Even then I wasn't strong enough to get to the click (50). I drove around and later asked my stronger brother in law and he was able to do another half turn.

You should definitely do it if u don't do serious off reading. Turns with much less body roll.

rear sway bar is not recommended for off roading but for highway and streets it's great.

    See fine print
Is it easy to disconnect for when you do go off-roading?
