    @Boatmoney did the ********* basic plug and play upgrade w/ all new speakers, amp, and 12"sub. The dashboard speakers were removed and replaced with sail tweeters in the doors. The sound is night and day.

    Weather Tech floor liners, tonneau pro ultra fold bed cover, flowmaster dual exhaust.
    Radium dual oil catch cans. Every vehicle should come with this because it saves oil from going through the throttle body, intake, and cats. Saves money and repairs in the long run.

    Same here except I just left the dash speakers. I don't think they put out enough sound to matter. I went with a 10" sub. It has plenty of thump. Sounds so much better not sure why I waited a year.

    line x the bed and tint windows. drive stock get acquainted with it until the stock tires wear out then start your urban assault build. dont be that guy that has to have aggressive tires to drive on concrete "cuz it looks cool" pull up next to other tundras and listen to them when you see a non stock exhaust setup or the trd exhaust and different tires.
    between tires wheels and exhaust you can easily be pushing $4k worth of racket you will regret if you dont research it.

    Line X is bed liner right? Mine's already sprayed bed....

    Some mention of exhaust....mine came with dual exhaust... I guess that's ok. Wasn't something I'd have spec'd but I got such a great deal on the Tundra it was essentially free.

    Should I consider the exhaust good to go? Read some stuff about a cross over or H pipe mod guys do... haven't figured out exactly why yet but seems like a simple mod if beneficial...

    Yes an old pry bar will pop it. Caught a few idiots in warm weather wearing long coats concealing pry bars. Most would say it's for work lol Also they use a large flat screw driver extra long to get leverage. At the time in Detroit we could arrest for having breaking an entering tools.

    So what I've done so far and this will probably be it aside from a few minors like shift knob and console organization...

    Bakflip 4

    and

    Rear Sway Bars.

    Both super easy to install and give me exactly what I need at this moment. Tires and and maybe wheels will come after this set warn down a little bit. May tailor more specifically for towing but I'll see how these Michelins work out size wise.

    I kinda wish I had more experience with the handling, I have less that 200 miles so far, before sway bar upgrade. I can feel a little and frankly was just worn down by my Tacoma with a 22ft Airstream so doing all the simple stuff to minimize sway issues. It was never too bad but wind and un-noticed truckers going too fast too close made for just a few too many scary moments.

    Side note: The Tacoma actually tows just fine and if you are just looking for an occasional tow vehicle I can attest it towed my Airstream at over 4000lbs and entire rig almost 10,000lbs just fine across the desert! I was able to hit a comfortable 80mph (tried when I had clear fwy) without stressing the Tacoma. The few grades I made were an effort but nothing alarming. It was just the long haul with as I said wind and other trucks. And the Tacoma needed a few upgrades to make ideal that I figured were better put towards a new Tundra instead.

    I really like what another member posted –that you don’t need to customize anything – just get out and drive. That being said, I bought a 2019 CM TRD Sport right before X-mas and it is the first vehicle I’ve ever done any customizing to. I was able to get a fairly low level model at a good price for a full size truck and really turn it into my dream truck for a few thousand dollars. OK, maybe a little more than that with the bed cover;) I plan on doing more off-roading and camping in it than I have in the past, and I’ve really been able to cater to that life style with a few add-ons. Also, not only do I turn and look back at it every time I park it, I sometimes take pictures and drool when no one is looking cuz it’s so dang purty.

    Here’s what I’ve done in order of install:

    Husky floor mats
    Console organizer
    Smaller 6” antenna
    Bed extender
    Bed extender quick release kit (for removing with bed cover on)
    Retractable bed cover with Yakima rack rails (American roll from Truck Covers USA)
    Rhino Rack roof rack system to go over the bed for camping gear, bike racks, RTT, etc…
    Gently used TRD Offroad Wheels (Did not like the Sport 20” wheels or the ride of the low profile tires)
    Cooper 275/70R18 tires
    TRD Center caps for wheels
    Tundra tailgate inserts
    Plasti dipped chrome badges
    Removed TRD Sport stickers from bed sides
    Bilstein 6112 up front at 1.9” settings to level.


    Still on my wish list:

    Front window tint
    Some sort of front winch setup on stock bumper
    TRD exhaust
    Dual battery install
    12V outlet in bed
    Inverter
