So I replaced my WeatherTechs with Huskys and now I have these rub marks. What's the best way to fix this? Heat?

I'd say either heat or an interior scratch kit.

Could always check out salvaged yards and see if you can find the parts you need

dremel makes a felt polishing wheel that might handle that. If you dont have a dremel, just put it in a drill
