Might be moving...

Have been tossing around selling my place for a few years. Well in passing conversation with a lady friend a few weeks ago I mentioned I think its time to sell, what comps am I looking at.

She stops by today just to talk and says I have a couple interested in your place, I knw its not listed but I really think they will jump, can I show them pictures?

Ya sure but I need to find a place if they jump, well got that taken care of as well, sneaky huh..

The new place has 10 acres, fenced, shop and barn. Out in the sticks...

Going to look at it Tuesday and do a walk thru, might make a offer as well.

That's awesome but be prepared to work non stop. Wife and I have been wanting to do this for a while now as well. Main problem is my cabinet door business is and has been completely set up in my backyard for over 12 years now. Even if we found a property with a big enough shop I would have to shut down for 4-6 months just to move and re set up.
Shooting range in the back yard is also a requirement
