Unfortunately ARB does not make a rear locker for the Sequoia. You can get a front locker but not a rear. Curious about your thoughts when you remove the sway bars that is my plan but these things drive so smooth now.

About to start my build for an ‘08 Sequoia, and this is pure inspiration! Very nice build!

Has anyone seen the new Toytec Lift for the 2nd gen Sequoia’s? They found the right OME rear coil for a 2” lift, which per the instruction, is the old man emu 2864s originally designed for the LC...

    Anyone know about running these?36736F54-64B3-4BF0-BF12-E79ECF186012.jpg

Alright so I’ve been gone for a while. Trans took a vacation on me and then the engine had some issues. But I’m back on.

Since I’ve been out I’ve done a few more things. Dirt king lower arms, @Coachbuilder1 tie rod ends, had the wheels cut and turned into true bead locks, on 37s, got a snorkel and did the emissions breather so I don’t suck up water just driving down the road, did the rear diff breather mod and put it behind my fuel door. And just got my gobi roof rack in! Waiting on purchasing the rear gear set from Tandom off-road out of Texas. I already got the rear locker. Just waiting to re gear and lock her up hopefully in time for the snow.

I actually pulled both front and rear sways a while ago. But she rides well still. I don’t have a heavy foot on the road so no real issues. I found an e locker for the rear from auburn through tandom offroad about February.

Who sells a snorkel for the Sequoia? I assumed that you had to do a front end swap for a Tundra to get a snorkel to properly mate up on the exterior. Never found anyone who offered a true snorkel for the Sequoia like they do for the 4runner and Tacoma.

I’m not certain on the air ride removal. I would bet it’s just a cool replacement but a lot of the stuff that goes with it to level out and what not.

I used one off a land cruiser. The body lines matched up pretty clean. But I know for the price they do have some kits made specifically for the sequoia. Where you have to purchase the air box as well. Mine was kinda a bitch to mate the snorkel and seal the box intake but not impossible to do.

I have this lift on my 2012. So far I’m very pleased. We’ll see how it does once fully loaded with all my overland/camping gear.CC9F1B2D-7A00-4DC7-8FFE-C4905AC274F7.jpg

Thanks, It’s an ARB 8x8 with aluminum housing and led light. I got this one because I also ordered the screen room that goes with it.

Damnit, when did you get that awning? Its been on back order for 4 months now. Just got issued a refund because there was no end in sight for when it was going to come back in stock.

Ordered it in back in February. Got it in two weeks from Mainline Overland. Gobi took 4 months. Just got around to putting the awning on a couple days ago after many of life’s delays.

Alright got the ARB Touring black aluminum awing in. What bracket kit did you order/use to attach the awning to the GOBI basket? I ordered the ARB 813402 bracket, but it's definitely the wrong kit. It looks like ARB Kit 2 (813407) MAY work, but I'm not sure. Any sort of help would be greatly appreciated.
