One thing I always notice about these tests is how little they compare to real world crashes.

Any vehicle at any time is a death trap or the perfect thing to be in at the time.

Back in 2006 my wife was driving a 2002 Chevy Blazer. This had the worst rating for rollover crashes it could get. My wife gets t-boned at 55mph by a woman who blew a stop sign at roughly the same speed. My wifes blazer rolled over twice.

Both her and my kid walked away, bruised and battered but nothing broken and very much alive. You can tell me the Blazer is trash or a death box, but for my wife and kid it probably saved their lives as another vehicle may have flipped or crumpled differently.

So they can rate the Tundra however they want, and I'll keep driving it.
