    Just saying "hi all." There's no Tundra sitting in my garage at the moment. Instead, it looks like I'll be leaning towards the Tundra when I make my next buy. I'm in the decision mode pending a purchase of a 2019 or maybe a 2020 depending on any major changes, either positive or negative changes.

    I'll be spending my time in the "search box" for now, looking for answers to all kinds of questions. Let me say an initial "thank you" to everyone who has already written about the various issues I'll be reading. Your time contributing to past discussions still have value to newbies like me.

    Welcome from CA, just buy a used tundra. Mine had 8k miles when i got it, $38,000 2014 limited. Now close to 70k miles, no problems. You’ll save a lot more getting a good used one in good condition, 2017 is the last year before they added the safety lane departure stuff and radar cruise control that I don’t like, fyi.

    I searched Dodge, Ford and Tundra forums for about two years before I pulled the trigger on my new Tundra. Glad I did. You find out what the common issues are with the other brands before you buy. Already had a cam tower leak at 3000 miles. Still glad I bought the Tundra.
