Installed the front "Raptor" amber LED lights. Was a pretty easy job, I followed Mike's DIY and was exactly how it wrote it up, so I can't Thank You enough.

Start by removing the top hood bulge.

    IMG_4396.jpg

There are three holes underneath that are perfect for this. The middle one you'll have to drill out.

    IMG_4397.jpg

    IMG_4399.jpg

Buy extra nuts for the three lights and use the one that comes with it as a spacer.

    IMG_4401.jpg

Cut 2 12" positive and 2 12" negative wires. Use those to extend the far right and far left lights to extend towards the center. Connect all three positive and all three negative together. At this point drill a hole in the back support frame to ground your negative wires.

    IMG_4403.jpg

Put a connector on the positive and run the positive wire along or through the hood towards the back.

    IMG_4417.jpg

Use the circuit fuse tap on one of the IGN or headlight fuses.

    IMG_4416.jpg

Put the panel back on, store your wire and hood bulge back on, done.

Also picked up some inserts for the Tundra under the radio. They are not as fine tune as the guy would like so he's working on it. Overall though, really makes it pop and he can do almost any color.

Here is where you can get the inserts:

@TTU19 I want to do the reverse lights also - how do they interact with the backup camera at night? Does it wash everything out or does it improve visibility?

I feel like tinting or dimming the license plate lights because they throw a lot of glare on the camera at night. Not sure if LEDs would improve or make it worse.

Here is a screen shot. This is from sitting inside my garage, so part of the light is blocked, probably look better out in the open.

Thanks. For the Raptor lights, its just one little spot that you have to drill out. There are already holes on the bottom, but that middle one has a very thin piece of metal behind it. Very easy to drill it out and doesn't hurt anything.

I installed my JDM rear back up LED lights. Great add on.
how easy is it to install the cargo lights ? don't you have to remove the liner inside to access the bulbs ?

Thanks. I need to get some current photos up. I just blacked out the bumper ends, added a hood decal and installing the TRD grill today or tomorrow. Been waiting to do all that to post new photos and write up.

Nope, just pop off the lens cover. There is a metal plate behind it as well, so be aware that its there. Bulbs where simple to change, then put the metal on and lens cover. I had to play with it just a little to make it all line up or something. The button wasn't working on one, but eventually I guess it all lined up. Has worked flawless every day since.

Well figured I'd go ahead and post these. I had to order a new Hood Decal because the one I ordered first came in 2 pieces. After putting it on there was a slight gap and that's not going to work. But you get the idea from the photos.

Also platidipped my bumper ends, which came out perfect! Took out the fogs and tapped off the surround and started spraying:

    End result:

Oh and also did the cup ring:
