Has anyone bought a black grill for a 2003 tundra? If I could get a good one for decent price it may be better than painting over the plastic chrome....I also have the single chrome trim that is attached to the top of the bumper, it will need replaced or painted too....thanks

I did the bumper strip in Rustoleum Peel Coat 2 years ago after a quick wipe down with acetone.

Still looks good. I used graphite color instead of black.

I have masked off and painted my grill a few times. Once with black paint, it was okay for a year but chipped up. Second time I used bed liner, that lasted two years before chipping. Eventually I sanded it off and now it looks like brushed steel.
