Anyone with a jbl system and replace their headunit tiger better audio quality? I’ve read some where that the factory unit doesn’t have good signal output.

Wondering this myself. I have upgraded my speakers and have a new kenwood head unit and maestro, just not sure if I would spend the money and time installing a replacement amp or stick with the JBL amp in hopes the kenwood pushing it over the edge of being good

Yea I’m right there with you pudge. I think I’m going to be swapping out to the k170s to get better clarity but I’m not really the huge audio system kinda guy. I just need some good mids and treble.
