I bought some spacers from ebay. PE-Motorsports and the lugs are not full penetration.

My BORA spacers were the same way, I was really disappointed. Many people ran them that way according to my thread at the time. I ended up using a reamer to open up the lug but holes and then using “et” style lugs.

I’ve been running them that way for 2 plus years.

    Just an FYI.

Thanks Zeb8806. Yes. Real disappointing. Safety first and just feel uncomfortable knowing about this condition on the truck. Wasn't able to remove them as the red loctite was strong...sourcing some breaker bar for leverage now.

Nothing wrong with Ebay Spacers, it's the ones you purchased. I buy stuff on Ebay all the time without problems. I have billet spacers with grade 8 hardware on the back of my SXS that I bought on Ebay.
