New here, trucks in the shop getting a bunch of stuff done including a 2.5-1 ToyTec spacer lift the guy doing the work is suggesting a +1 offset on 305/55/20 AMP Terrain PRo's which is a 33" tire anyone have any idea how far that will stick out past my fender?? He's saying an inch, which is what I'm hoping for. Don't wanna look like a roller skate going down the highway.

I am in search of the same thing. Want a +1 and worried it will be to far out. My +18 today is 1 3/4” outside fender. I have a pic of test fitting +1 with my back tire showing +18. I really want a +1 but part of me thinks +20 is safer bet.

So after some research it seems that +20 will stick out a little less than +1 I’m going with+20! I am not running fender flares! I spoke to the rep at FUEL. He suggested taking a look at tiresize.com they have a converter that actually shows how the wheels moves as you change the parameters from your current wheel/tire to your new wheel/tire! As it turned out the +1 will stick out approx 2.62-2.99 inch past stock fender (without fender flares) and around and inch or less with flares, if your going with a 2” flare!! The further they stick out more chance of rubbing the fender! The +20 is around an inch past stock fender which is where I wanted to be! So that being said The negative offset moves wheel away from center line of vehicle and positive moves it closer to centerline of vehicle! So keeping in mind the with change of your new wheel/tire from stock size... adjust accordingly! Hope that helps and if you knew that already well, sorry for the boring rant!

I agree +20 is safer for less stress on wheel bearings, less chance of rubbing and better ride quality! Post pics when done “pics are good”!

I just had this done yesterday. 18x9 at +1. Has a 5” backspace. Tires are 305/65. Works perfect to line up with the flares.

I agree looks great with flares. Prob a little too far out in my opinion without flares! Nice truck! Enjoy
