    Maybe you can buy 5.29 gears, but will they fit in the differential housing? Reusing a 3.91 ratio pinion with a 5.29 ring gear does sound a little f'd up. Might want to consult the vendor's technical service for reassurance. Don't forget to fill us in.

    5.29s, Auburn LSD, 37x12.50R18, Icon coilovers and shocks, SPC UCA's, Tech 12 Volts sound system, Enve Grill
    Call Nitro and confirm if that gear for a 97 and older land cruiser will work in the tundra 9.5 rear end. I would think if it worked, nitro would have added tundra 9.5 as a supported vehicle for that gear

    There are 2 different generations of 9.5 axles. Call for sure and double check the spline counts to ensure you’re seeing the correct stuff

    good to know, the only info ive been able to find on regearing a 4.6 was from an old post by @dirtydeeds

    thats why i was unsure of weather it was the correct install kit. guess im gonna have to bite the bullet and call nitro to confirm
