Got it fixed!!! I went ahead and wrapped each tube with radiator hose cut to fit. I zip tied the hose on and zip tied the two hoses together. This eliminated the rattle/buzzing sound. Word of caution; these pipes get HOT!!

Ok, if my current fix doesn't work, I'm going to try this. Thanks.

I will say, though, I'm sort of having a hard time getting my bearings looking at your pictures. What is up and down? Is this the top of the blower motor?

The blower motor has the blue and white sticker on it that reads 44. In my first picture, the metal in the left foreground is the part that the glovebox attaches to. The two silver tubes are going through the firewall. Both pics are taken looking straight in. All the plastic to the left is behind the center console of the dash.

If i put a pair of gloves on the dash a couple inches back from windshield ear end of defroster vent slot, rattle stops. So odd. Might remove glovebox to reach up in there.
