just bought my 2019 TSS last week. last night i was cruising down a dirt road about 30mph. nothing crazy, just enjoying the back roads. As i turned onto the main road the steering was rock hard and made a grinding noise. I pulled over and checked under the hood. Fluids are good and not leaking anything. after looking at the fluid again i noticed metal shavings in the PS res... looks like my brand new trucks PSP took a shit.. I got a APT 0700 for monday because WARRANTY lol but still sucks.. anybody else run into anything with their 18-19 trucks?

Yeah let's hope it's not a widespread issue for Toyota. Huge safety issue - we almost wrecked trying to make a turn across oncoming traffic.

I've got 9k on my 2018 with no issues so far. Much better than the Ram 1500 I'm coming from!

Did this happen suddenly? When I lose power steering its usually gradually and not something that suprises me...
