Hello all. Hopefully someone has some information to help me. My memory seat won't program. When I bought the truck in 2017 it had 54,000 miles, I was able to at least hear the beep when I followed the programming instructions. Even then, it didn't seem to remember the settings. Now I don't even get a beep. I haven't been able to find anything using the search feature. I haven't been able to find if there is a stand alone fuse for the memory seat. I see there are shared fuses, but the things it is shared with all work fine (power folding mirror, power tilt telescopic steering wheel, power seat etc.)
Anyone have the switch go out? I use this feature on my wife's Lexus all the time, it would be nice to be able to use it on my truck as well. ??? Help ???

I have the same problem. I just bought a 2015 Platinum (7 days ago) and my memory seats don't work either. I didn't realize they didnt work until after the sale. Nontheless, when I try and save the seat settings I dont hear a beep, nothing. I hold the SET button then #1 or #2 and nothing happens. I'd like to get to the bottom of this. When I get some time, my next step is to open up the door and see if the buttons are bad or if the wires have come lose. More to come.

Thanks, I will do the same as I learn more. We can’t be the only ones with this problem.
I’m not the kind of guy to settle for something not working. If I have the option then it is going to work.
Anyone know of an easy way to test the switch?

Trucks with memory seats have a control module on the drivers door behind the panel. Possibly a bad controller?

Last I recall with my 2008 tundra, the module does control your puddle lamps in your mirrors. Do the puddle lamps come on when you unlock your truck?

Sorry it took a while to get back on this thread. My puddle lights are working. Is it possible the actual switch is not working? That seems pretty easy to switch out.

I know this is an older thread, but I figured I'd bump it rather than start a new one. Anyone ever find the solution to this? My memory buttons do nothing (mirror lights and functions work). Are these control modules prone to going bad or is there a fuse that causes the memory function to quit working?

    TIA

Sorry, I guess I never posted the solution to this issue. I had the truck in for some maintenance at the Dealership and asked them to look into this issue. Turns out the memory seat plug was unplugged inside the door. I should have just taken the door panel off myself and looked. Anyway, they are working fine now. Sorry I didn't post the resolution before.

No worries. Thanks for the reply. Did the plug just come off on its own inside the door? Seems kind of strange, but I'll take a look when I get a chance. I'll be upgrading the JBL stereo eventually so I guess I'd better figure out how to remove the door panels lol
