Roman, if I have the Platinum tundra can't I just get the grille and not the surround and bulge?

Old Man Emu suspension. Brute Force Fab front bumper, rear dual high clearance rear bumper, sliders and headache rack.
I have only seen the SR5 blacked out badge everywhere I've looked.

I have a Limited and have never found a blacked out Limited badge. Are these Limited blacked out badges not made?

Not from what I have seen, no. I know Toyota does not make them in black, and I've never sen them in black in the aftermarket.

I wonder if anyone has done this full swap on an 07-13.
I say full because I know the lights and trim have been swapped but, I'm more curious about the grille.

If you want the grille you gotta swap the bumper with it since they're a different shape than the Tundra's.

You don't need the hood bulge, but then you'll have the black grille and white surround with a piece of chrome on top (unless it's already white). So if you want everything to match then you do need the hood bulge.

@Roman Do they offer the hood bulge and grill (TRD Pro grill) in 218 Black?

If not, I'll buy the 202 black and have it repainted to match the 218.

On platinum tundras all you need is the center grill but separating the lower of your stock grill is kinda a PITA and takes a little patience. Not sure if a oem pro grill from Toyota is separate from the lower part. You can find pro clones on Ebay for $75 on up like I did.20190502_213246.jpg

I have the exact same truck, you don’t need a new hood bulge. Just be aware that there is two versions of the TRD pro grill, a new version came out when the auto braking system was introduced.

Remember the four screws, and it takes a little patience.
