SR5 VS TRD OFF ROAD PACKAGE

What are the the difference between a 2018 SR5 VS A TRD OFF Road Package my local dealer has a great deal on the TRD off road truck any opinions are appreciated

 

TRD Off Road Package is a package that is added to the SR5 trim. So you're really asking what's the difference between a SR5 with the TRD Off Road package and a SR5 without the TRD Off Road package.

You get some black wheels, bilstein yellow shocks, front metal skid plate, and some plastic skid plates for gas tank.

Be sure you get the SR5 upgrade package as well as the TRD Off Road package (if you want) on the SR5 you're looking at.

 

SR5 is the trim level, in comparison to limited, platinum, or 1794. The TRD OR is a package added on to the trim. It has slightly upgraded shocks and on the 18s it comes with the LED head lights and fogs. The headlights and fogs is worth it. Also has a couple of other little things, but those are the 2 biggies.

 

Does the TRD come with different exhaust and air intake system?

 

No

 

Is it worth the air intake install ?

 

Nope. Does nothing
