I don't know how many sets of tires and alignments that I've had, but the outer side of both front tires wears significantly. New tires, regardless of brand, only last about 18 months. I rotate, and then have the tires flipped on the rims to get all I can from the tires. They always tell me it's aligned...multiple people including Toyota, and the truck drives well. I even put on new struts. Anyone have any ideas? It wears most on the highway.

I was going to say shocks if you have scalloping. Check your ball joints. Had the same problem on a F150 with scalloping. Looked like shocks but it was lower ball joints. You have worn parts somewhere.
