    Yup.

The bridge work that was started in late December on my upper right jaw should finally be finished in a week or so, just waiting for the device to come in.
Implants are out of the question, did not want to leave the space open so I went with the bridge. Still running me $1000 after my insurance but its less than the $5000 quoted by another local dentist just to do a root canal and crown.

I lost a bottom molar on the lower left side 5 years ago that I am going to have a bridge made for as well when this one is done.

As a side note I wanted to go with a gold device but it was another $700 so I said no lets stick to the zirconia device I paid for on last years insurance...Dental gold is the best option if you can afford it.

lower right hand side on last 4 teeth, total gum scrap which turned into a flap, After they cleaned the roots area with a dermal tool the gum was sown back on. That was painful. I have 3 more to do...:popcorn:

Funny this should come up as a topic of conversation ~ I just returned from the dentist's office.
Another wisdom tooth needs a crown ~ they fitted me with a temporary while the gold bit is fabricated.
    No way in the world could I do his/their job/jobs . . .

Lots of folks get their dental work in border towns along the southern US border with Mexico. A friend said that his dentist around Austin wanted eight grand for dental work. A highly rated dentist across the border wanted fifteen-hundred.

Just get those wisdom teeth pulled. All mine came in normal but dentist said I can either get them filled or pulled. Don't need 32 teeth so just have them pulled. Dentist said you will never keep them cavity free.

My 6 year old son had to have his two front lower teeth pulled because his permanent teeth came in behind them. Plus they found 8 cavities but no caps needed. Was under anesthesia. Waited for over an hour in the waiting after the appt. was supposed to start. Pisses me off this dentist has never ever had us in on time but we keep going there because they do really good work and excellent reviews. You would think they could schedule better. $2k out of pocket and thats after insurance. Feel like im getting raped every time we go to the dentist. I still need another crown (my fourth). Ughh that money buys some damn good Tundra mods!
