Looks like it could take a decent amount of overbore. At least .030" over... :notsure:

The heat exchanger in the radaitor
Fails and coolant being under higher pressure finds its way into the trans cooler and contaminates the fluid. Really no signs until the trans starts acting up. Best to keep an eye on the fluid honestly, sucks for people with sealed transmissions though.
I bypassed the cooler in my tacoma just because. Got a russel 165 degree thermostat and a derale stack plate cooler. No more worries of coolant in the trans fluid. Tundras getting the same likely

On this topic. Can someone recommend a good transmission temperature gauge. Would prefer a digital one.

My dad actually had pink milkshake happen couple years ago. We only caught it because when the trans is hot, it caused coolant to come out the overflow and we saw it in the garage.

Sketchy stuff. Like I said above, the cool and actually started overflowing into the ground in my dad’s. Have you ever seen that?

Now that I can walk upright again, I have 2 questions: 1, did the housing around the fogs come with them, or did you make/modify them? And 2 are they wired to the factory switch?

cant say i have. usually people bring the car in for shifting issues. if its flushed out and the radiators replaced they usually do fine.. but some people wait till the damn things slipping like no other and bucking. then its too late

I take it the double cab door panels will not fit regular cab doors? driver side panel is broken on mine and i'd like to upgrade to power stuff. thinking about yanking sequoia panels at the junkyard if they'll fit (same as a double cab), I know some brackets are different and the door handles in a different location... but wonder if the shells have all the same holes.

For some reason my.linited didn't come with the chrome bars on the grill and bumper. I'm not sure if the previous owner removed em or what. I wish I had em just to break up the white a little.

Just make that lower grill match the tow hook. Little splash of red btwn upper & lower bumpers will be tasteful suggestion the truck has something going on.
Not so good at photo edit, but just the grill:

LOL - quoting myself. Seeing it big I don't like my suggestion.
Do that grill, the hook & only the Toyota center emblem in an amber that matches the signals

Limited models are fully color matched. The door mirrors, door trim, grille and bumpers are all painted.

Interestingly the regular model single cabs came without the chrome on the grille and bumper, some were paint matched and some were painted dark gray regardless of the trucks color.
