The turn signal of the 2018 LED headlight fixture is 7444NA (can use 7443, 7440 standard type). The side marker lamp is the same as 16-17.

I've used VLEDS for all of my interior dome, vanity and footwell, and external cargo, backup, 3rd brake, rear brake, front and rear turn signals and front side marker lamp and license plate replacements to LED. My headlights and fogs were replaced with 2018 OEM LED headlamps and fogs. My puddle lamps were replaced with a different brand, but VLEDS now carries them as well. As far as resisters go, I used one 3 OHM sealed resister on each rear turn signal only when replacing both front and rear turn signal. Brakes did not need a resister. Their guide is very accurate for 2016, but not available for 2018 - call or email for assistance, they are very helpful.

So I just tried using a 7440 LED bulb for my '18 along with my recon tails and no go. No light, no nothing. If you look at the bulb wires they are slightly different. Not sure if that makes a difference or not, but no light at all. I'm going to try to use the 7444NA equivalent (which are different) and see if they light. Not sure if it has anything to do with my Recon tail lights, but either way be aware.

Just to be clear, I had the stock OEM 2016 incandescent bulb rear lights and the 2018 LED headlights which use incandescent bulbs for turn signal and marker lights. I replaced the front 7444NA bulbs with VLEDS' (7443_6_HV_A_N) HIGH VISIBILITY AMBER 6 LED 7443 7440 and the front side marker lamps with
(194_14_HV_A) HIGH VISIBILITY AMBER LONG LIFE 360° 14 LED 194. In the rear I replaced the incandescent 921 bulbs with VLEDS'
(921_6_R) HIGH VISIBILITY RED HIGH POWER 6 LED 921 and (VLR_3_DUO) VLR-3 RESISTOR WATERPROOF CONNECTOR W/ DUOTAP HARNESS - (load resisters on each side in the back to eliminate hyper-flash).

I now have all LEDs inside and out...and working great!

I’ve had good luck with JDM Astar LED bulbs. Everything that Amazon says fits my truck has been plug and play without transisters. No hyperflash.

2018 fogs are LED (at least as long as you have LED headlights). If you have halogen H4 headlights, your fog lights are probably halogen which is a H16 fog light bulb size. It’s the same base as an H11 bulb, but the H16 is 19watts versus the 55watts for the H11.

Thank you for the response. I wanted to ask you, will the higher wattage led h4s be pnp and not overheat my headlamp? I read briefly about this possibly happening with fog lights so I just want to be sure. Also, what would you recommend, thanks

Hey @Danny - so do you have halogen headlights and fog lights currently on your 2018, or do you have the LED lights? That will determine how I answer :)

Honestly, what I would do is buy the 2018 LED headlights at like $285 or so a piece from @Roman from Toyota of Cool Springs online and then get an @iHacker harness.

I'd go that route because the H4 headlight optics are trash, so if you put LED bulbs in there it would take a very expensive LED bulb to be just OK in the H4 halogen headlights. Instead, one of the 2018 headlights is essentially the same amount as the only H4 LED bulbs I would recommend, but you get significantly better results.

As far as the fog lights, the 2018 fog lights are I think $120/piece and are plug and play swap from the halogen fog lights. If you didn't want to go that route, I recommend the following bulbs - but again, 2 of the 2018 LED Fog lights are only a bit more than these and install just as easily. https://www.xenondepot.com/h11-h8-h16-philips-Ultinon-LED-Bulb-p/12834unix2-h11.htm

Haha well that’s the best solution. I’d recommend bulbs totalling about $500 and that’s still for some junk performance because of the stock halogen tundra lights sucking. Honestly I wouldn’t do anything and save some pennies until you can swing the full OEM LED conversion.

The driver side headlight reflector came bent down slightly so the headlight is not quite as bright as the passenger side. I plan on trying to figure out a way to pull the reflector up but have not done so yet. Other than that I like them a lot, huge improvement over the stock headlight assembly that was cracked and fogging up from old age.

Apologies if I'm being dumb, but I'm trying to research replacing interior lights, and as far as I can tell it would be handy to know how many bulbs to order. The lists here are awesome, but despite probably 45 minutes of searching I still don't know how many, say, to replace the main instrument cluster bulbs. I do realize I could pull the dash apart and count them myself, but I'd rather not take it apart, put it back together while I wait for my order, then take it apart again - not if somebody can just say "order four bulbs".

So, seems like it would be nice data to add, in general, to these lists. Specifically for my needs, though, we're talking about a 2003 Tundra access cab. I've seen people say they replaced "4x #194" and somebody mentioned 10x. At superbrightleds.com's $4.95 each, would be great not to order any more than necessary.

Question. Just ordered some leds for the 8nterior of 18 1794. Says there are 4 door bulbs. Either I’m crazy, or there are no door lights on a 2018 1794? Anyone help me keep my sanity?
