Can someone post proper numbers for alignment after a lift. Shop swears it’s in spec but tires are \ /. I want to use your numbers to compare with there’s Monday when they recheck it. They said camber and caster was a breeze to set and toe was the hardest. ( rough country 3.5 with uca)

Maybe this will help some with the same question I had. I talked to rough country and you can’t use the “factory specs” when doing an alignment. ( my kit was the 3.5” with UCA). The new A arms change things and you must align it to their specs. If not, your tires will end up like mine \ /

I have a 6" lift just had mine re aligned on stock uca. Wish I had got a sheet that showes but the guy that did it said their where no hole numbers and the highest was a .10. So I took what he said as a good thing my truck rides straight just hope its all good don't like getting bad tires out of a bad alignment.

According to them, the kits they sell that use new UCA’s need those numbers. Anything using factory arms can use factory settings. We’ll see Monday if it corrects my problem

I really want after market uca but don't really want to spend the extra right now for the ones a 6" lift calls for .Some in the upper 700 dollars a little out of my budget for now .Well wish you luck I'm sure they will get it right. Or take it to another shop amd see what they say .

That’s the new one. It’s not in rough country specs but they said it’s right now but tires are still \ /. I guess I’ll look for another shop. This is twice I’ve told them it has to be set to rough country specs and not factory

Well I was just told by the shop all my adjustments are maxed out for camber and there’s nothing they can do. I called rough country and they wanted me to measure the center of wheel to the bottom of the fender. 25-1/8”. They said that was dead on for the 3.5” lift and there’s no way the adjustments could be maxed out. Looks pretty maxed to me. Ideas? Adjustable uppers??

    Hey Jebell,
Did you ever get your alignment straightened out? I just got the same rough country setup and two alignment shops have not been able to get me straight. My truck is tracking pretty straight but the front wheels are pigeon toed inward \__/. I gave both shops the rough country alignment specs print out, but no luck yet any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks bro

I installed the 3.5” struts with UCAs from rough country yesterday. Got an alignment today. My shop went with factory specs which are within rough country specs, except for toe and total toe. My guy said he had zero problems and the alignment went smoothly. Truck tracks straight and wheels are straight.

My tires were like yours. Took it to a dedicated alignment shop that was able to max out the camber and set it to 0.02 on each side.

The ride changed and the early signs of feathering on the outer edges have gone away.

Good luck. I checked my cams on my LCAs and they are not maxed out. Truck rides better than it did before the lift. I’ll post up some truck pics after I get my tires tomorrow or the next day. Riding around looking like a goober on skateboard wheels right now.

Alright, it was long road. 3 shops about 7 attempts, one replaced tierod end, and a months time, but all good now. Thank God.
Thanks for the replies. I gave Aught16TSS specs to the shop.
